There will be plenty to do for everyone, including interactive demos, live music & performances, face painting, bouncy castles, play areas, photo ops with princesses and superheroes, a variety of food and beverages, and endless opportunity to learn about the newest and most innovative products and services available to families in Vaughan. The our rugrats EXPO will provide an opportunity for quality family time and is always an educational and memorable experience for visitors.
Although the show is geared mainly towards children from birth to 13 years, anyone is welcome to attend including parents, parents-to-be, children, families, etc. We can all be kids at heart!

Honour the 206th anniversary of the Battle of York fought on April 27, 1813. The Fort comes alive with musket firing demonstrations, Georgian cooking in the Officers’ Quarters kitchen, site tours and period animation. Kids can try “falling-in” for 1812-era soldiering drill!

For more than 15 years, Earth Day at Downsview Park has been a go-to event for families looking to get involved in the world’s largest environmental movement. This year, the Park is excited to celebrate another Earth Day with a day-long event that promises to be bigger and better than ever!
This year, we’re offering a host of new and family-friendly activities which include: an outdoor vendors’ market, self-directed scavenger hunt, free workshops on how to make your home more ‘green,’ and much more. Best of all, every activity is FREE—we hope to see you there!
