Construction of the house took place circa 1840 by members of the Henry family and lived in by Thomas, his wife Lurenda and ten of their youngest children. On this long weekend in May, we are celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Oshawa Historical Society and the opening of Henry House as a Museum with 50¢ admission – the same as it was in 1960!

Only Henry House will be open this afternoon. Guy House and Robinson House as well as Henry House will be open on Sunday May 21 from 12 – 4 pm. Admission is by donation.
