FAMILY WORKOUT CHALLENGE: Week 1
I am so excited to launch our first Family Challenge with Coach J.
Here is how it works!
You have to complete the challenge 1 or 2 days THIS WEEK!
You have a choice to do an 8 minute work out or to complete it twice (16 minutes).
Head over to my Facebook Group and search “FAMILY CHALLENGE WEEK 1”
You can share who did best in each round, share family photos competing, or just say you have completed it.
The purpose of this Challenge is to spend time with your kids (FOR FREE) while promoting healthy habits!
PART 1 (EXERCISE)
Complete this 1-2 times this week!
30 High Knee Runs
20 Mountain Climbers
1 Minute Each Below
(You can do the above workout circuit one time or two times to make it a 16 minute workout)
PART 2 (NO JUNK FOOD)
Coach J has asked you to challenge your family and not each junk food this Saturday and Sunday. If you have a weekend filled with birthday parties, then try it for Monday and Tuesday! You can all do it together! I am currently eating healthy with Nutrition Expert Natalie Bean and she would highly approve this challenge!
