The rate also includes parking, access to Cub Club®, Wolf Walk™, The Forest Friends Show™ and our nightly Story Time.

Do I have to add children under the age of 2 to my reservation?
Children under 2 years of age are considered free for access to the water park and lodging, but they are considered occupants in the suite. When setting up a reservation online, we require the number of children under 2 to be listed.

Each suite at Great Wolf Lodge comes standard with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and in-room safe. Each suite has a microwave and an efficiency style refrigerator, approximately 3’ tall and 2’ wide.

My Journey To Health: 11 Pounds Down!
My Journey To Health: 11 Pounds Down!

My Journey To Health: 11 Pounds Down!

Since I was a Tween, I have struggled with my weight. I have a terrible sugar addiction and I’m addicted to food. I don’t gamble, smoke, or drink. My vice is food. I eat when I’m bored, happy, sad, or stressed. Over the past year I have put on a lot of weight. After meeting with my doctor following a physical, I was told that I have high Cholesterol. That is thanks to my bad eating habits and unlucky genetics. Five weeks ago I decided I need to make a big change.

Fate brought Natalie to me. My friend’s brother introduced us and when I heard what she did, I jumped on board immediately.

In 5 weeks I have lost 11 pounds!
I have not been 100% strict so having lost this much is great for me! I’ve been very happy.
I still have lots to go but I’m positive!

Here is what I have done!

Nutrition Forever
I see Nutrition expert Natalie Bean at her home in Thornhill once a week.
She made me a plan which includes me eating every 2-3 hours and cutting down on my sugar intake. I buy some of her prepared foods and eat the rest of my meals on my own.

Why is Natalie so great?
•She makes you a schedule that tailors to your needs.
•She has prepared foods if you don’t like to cook.
•She will guide you when dining out.
•She’s always available to answer questions. I text her all of the time.

Along with Natalie, I also started working out with Coach J Fitness Studio. I now work out there three days per week. I’m taking Spinning, F.I.T. Athletic Conditioning, and F.I.T. Strength!

Thanks to Jay I am sleeping better and I’m stronger than ever.

For more information about Coach J Fitness Studio, go to: http://www.coachj.ca

ABOUT NATALIE BEAN FROM NUTRITION FOREVER

I founded Nutrition Forever Inc. to help people adopt healthy eating and exercise.
While I work out daily, eat healthy and run marathons, I also know the pains and challenges of being overweight.
I gained 70 lbs when I was pregnant with my first child.
Today, my mantra is ‘It’s not a diet – it’s a lifestyle’.
I try to be a role model, mentor and life coach and try to impact people wherever and whenever I can.
I have a degree in Social Work from Ryerson, a Broadcast Certificate from Humber and a Certificate in Nutrition from Seneca College.
I’ve tried to channel my background and philosophy towards helping countless clients develop healthier lifestyles.
My 98 percent success rate is a testament to my unwavering determination in changing my client’s current lifestyle into a healthier, more balanced way of life.

I offer different services:

1) COACHING AND PROGRAMS
Each client gets a weight loss eating or a healthy nutritional plan, tailored to their likes and needs. Natalie works with individuals with diabetes, and pregnant and nursing moms who just want to try to eat healthy instead of losing weight.  Whatever your goals are, she can help you.

DECEMBER FREE & CHEAP EVENTS (December 2 – 4, 2016)
DECEMBER FREE & CHEAP EVENTS (December 2 – 4, 2016)

This week I visited a wonderful indoor play centre in Woodbridge called THE WRECKROOM. I was blown away by this place. It was impeccably clean and so much fun.
I practically had to carry my kids out of there after 2 hours of playing.

They have an arcade with prize redemption, an indoor playground, spacious party rooms with state of the art equipment, rock climbing, a toddler playground, and a laser game room.

The Owners Arthur & Stass are both Dads who were inspired to create a place that their kids would love.

If you want to inquire about a party, mention ‘Entertain Kids On A Dime’ for a discount!

This play centre is a new gem!

Join us in the Junction neighbourhood for a full day of Christmas themed activities and shopping at the annual Santa in the Junction event. The major attractions include a visit from Santa and his elves at the Junction Train Platform, and a street wide market theme spanning the neighborhood.
Visitors can kick off their holiday shopping with businesses who will be participating in the street wide market atmosphere by having indoor markets, fleas, craft sales, and other original shopping experiences. This year’s market shopping includes Junction Flea, Firsthand Fair and the Arts Market!
Other activities include listening to Mrs. Claus read holiday tales, charity events, performances by Creative Children’s Dance Centre in the windows of participating businesses, live holiday music and workshops that include everything from holiday crafts to furniture demonstrations.
Event-goers can also warm up between shops with hot chocolate and other take-away treats offered by local cafes and restaurants. Start off the holiday season right, and visit us in the Junction for a magical fun filled day of holiday themed activities enjoyable for the entire family.

A creative book series for young kids and their parents
For this edition of our Bookmarkers series, we’ve invited award-winning author Sara O’Leary, as well as award-winning illustrator Qin Leng, to read from and talk about their latest children’s book, A Family is a Family is a Family. When a teacher asks the children in her class to think about what makes their families special, the answers are all different in many ways — but the same in the one way that matters most of all.
Plus, cartoonist Jonathan Rotsztain will also be joining our Bookmarkers conversation, featuring an intergenerational comics project with grandparents and grandkids.
In conjunction with their informal readings and presentations, all three artists will lead interactive creative writing, drawing and collaborative comics-making activities, with a focus on creativity, expression and FUN!
Families are also welcome to enjoy coffee and treats by Coffee Public.
Recommended for young children, toddlers to age 7.
