EASTER & PASSOVER WEEK 2015

EASTER & PASSOVER WEEKEND

We have a big weekend coming up. This year, PASSOVER AND EASTER Fall on the same weekend! How fun is that? The only downfall, is that I now get the luxury of having my son home for a full week. I had my daughter home for March Break and now I have to keep my son busy. It is so much easier entertaining them together than alone!
In the light of Passover, I thought I would post my favourite Passover treat, if anyone wants to try to make it.  It is called Matzah Crunch and it is beyond addicting! Picture a Skor Bar on Crack! That is this dessert. It is VERY easy to make. If I can do it, anyone can! You can store it in the freezer but it won’t last there long.
http://www.bonniestern.com/bonnies-recipes/recipe/caramel-matzo-crunch/

I think it is safe to say that whether you celebrate Easter or Passover, you are going to be eating a lot this weekend and your children will most likely be on Sugar Highs!
I wish everyone a Happy Holidays and a weekend full of love, family, and happiness!
